All written estimates provided are valid for exactly 7 days from the date of issue.
4. 90-Day Warranty and Liability Limitation
We stand firmly behind the quality of our workmanship and the authenticity of the parts we supply for all brands we repair. Unitech Home Building Maintenance L.L.C provides an ironclad 90-day warranty on all replacement parts and labor.
- Coverage: This warranty strictly covers defects in the specific new parts installed and the direct labor associated with that specific installation.
- Exclusions: The warranty immediately voids if the appliance suffers subsequent faults unrelated to the original repair, damage caused by user negligence, power surges, pest infestations, or if unauthorized tampering occurs after our technicians leave.
- Liability Limitation: Under no circumstances shall Unitech Home Building Maintenance L.L.C be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the failure of an appliance (e.g., food spoilage due to fridge failure, water damage from a leaking washer, or loss of business income).
5. Payment Terms
Payment for all services, including diagnostics, labor, and spare parts, is due immediately upon completion of the service visit unless a prior corporate account has been established in writing. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and approved UAE digital payment methods. Failure to settle invoices promptly will result in the immediate voiding of your 90-day warranty and may lead to legal action to recover outstanding debts.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We understand schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. You can manage your booking by reaching out via our contact us portal. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or instances where our technician arrives and is denied access, will be subject to a standard call-out fee to cover our logistical and fuel expenses.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed entirely in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
8. Modifications to Terms
Unitech Home Building Maintenance L.L.C reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without direct prior notice. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms. Please review this page periodically.
